Come and join us in the fun-filled 4-hour seminar that will improve your health and reduce your stress.
We will teach an abbreviated Tai Chi form and Qi Kung exercises. Upon completion of this seminar you can join our regular Saturday class in Tai Chi and Qi Kung. The seminar is for people of all ages and fitness levels. Dress in loose pants and bring a friend.
