Description: |
| The
first 4 hours of this seminar will cover the required training in
Ethics and Medical Errors. The later part of the seminar will instruct
you in practical physical assessment. |

is well versed in Physical Medicine and Massage Therapy. |

| Registration
Cancellation Policy: |
| If the
cancellation is made at least 10 days prior to workshop a refund,
less a $25.00 processing fee, will be issued. If cancellation is made
after this 10 day period but prior to three days before the workshop,
SEIOM will retain 50% of the non-discounted course fee. No refunds
will be issued for cancellations made 3 or fewer days prior to the
start of the workshop. |

Cancellation Policy If, one week prior to the workshop start date,
the workshop does not fulfill minimum enrollment requirements, SEIOM
reserves the right to cancel the workshop. In the event of cancellation,
registrants will receive a full refund of monies paid to SEIOM. |
