I have to agree, last week i went to a chinese massage , and they actually use some kind of herbs to help me out. Its totally much better than paying more for medical in hospital which does not work. Herbs are very strong and been used since the early years in dynasty.
The part on hawthorn. I thought it was mainly use for cardiovascular health but seems like it’s also good for mental health. Any further reference for this?
