Dr. Browne’s Top Ten Tips.

1-Meditate twice a day for 30 minutes each session. By meditation I mean close your eyes and follow your breath. Nothing happens, great that is meditation. Now do it.

2-Give your body ample rest each day at least six hours eight hours is better.

3-Eat organically grown foods as much as possible, it cost more but you are worth it. Include locally grown fruits and vegetables.

4-Drink good water, five to six glasses a day.

5-Exercise daily at least 30 minutes and practice two to three different routines each week. Doing the same stuff daily is not the best way to exercise. For example: Tai Chi, walking, Qi Kung, Yoga, Pilates. Gym workout. Pick any three and do it for 30 minutes a day.

6-Practice having sex daily and avoid the climax. It takes time and effort but eventually you’ll see and enjoy the benefits.

7-Thoughts are things. Thinking is almost like praying. Think happy and positive thoughts.

8-Connect with others, network, and do random acts of kindness.

9-Smile as much as possible. It takes more muscles power to frown so remember to Smile.

10-Join with others in prayer. Start a prayer group and watch for the miracles, it really happens especially when you look for them.

I really like those tips. Meditation is so under-rated and ‘thoughts are things’ is so true aswell. Most top sports people visuailse there success prior to achieving it.

I like your last tips you mentioned (God Bless)and thanks for sharing this info.

  3. I agree with your comment about meditatio9n. In our modern society we are so programmed to DO rather than to BE.
To be able to sit quietly and not do anything is such a gift and many benefits flow to those who are able to regularly carry out this practice.
